1.1 .Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. After we receive your payment we will ship you a tracking number so you can follow your order. You will most probably have to pay import duties and local taxes, these are NOT included in the prices of Bathroom Mania. Check with your local customs office to get an indication of the costs you can expect.

1.2 .What about shipping costs?

Shipping costs are not included in the specified prices. The shipping costs cover a door-to-door transport of the products ordered. The products will be delivered at the location you specify.

1.3 .What about tax or local import duties?

If you order from a country of the European Union import duties are not applicable. Orders for companies that provide their tax identification number will be invoiced with 0% tax. The customer will be responsible for paying local taxes. For consumers in the European Union 21% tax is included in the price as mentioned on our website.
If you order from a country outside of the European Union you will most probably have to pay import duties and local taxes. These are NOT included in the prices of Bathroom Mania! Check with your local customs office to get an indication of the costs you can expect.

1.4 .When will my order be shipped?

When the products of your order are in stock and the payment of the full order amount has been received Bathroom Mania will ship your order within five (5) working days. This is excluding the transport time to your location. Depending on your location shipping takes 2-7 days.
